Thank you for your efforts for me to speak to the personnel of the Department of Defense.

Here is my speech for you records:

Hello, my name is Don Karg,

I am running for the Fourth Time, as U.S. Representative of the 4^th District in the State of Arizona, the Southern Part of the Fifth Largest City in America, Phoenix, Arizona.

History: In 1988, I discovered a major problem in Los Angeles, Notified OSI, FBI, DCARS, DCIS, CIA, DOD, and the White

             House, etc…--that is how I got involved into politics, by the non-actions of those in charge.

My Track Record: I, personally, investigated Fraud in Aerospace and Defense Contracting--where DCIS failed.

 I was 1 of 10 Americans who kept the production of the C-17 Cargo Jet alive in America, back in 1991.

 I ran for Congress in 1992, in Los Angeles, California.

 Protested the Chinese Purchase of the Long Beach Naval Shipyard, in 1993.

 Ran for Congress in 2002 & 2004, in Phoenix, Arizona.

                                 Kept the C-17 Cargo Jet from being Mothballed and shipped to an undisclosed area, in early 2006.

 Kept the 22 Sea Ports from foreign/Middle-East ownership, in early February of this year [2006].

 I am currently informing the Public why we are backpedaling to an extremely reduced living standard.
